The kitchen includes a gas cooker with oven and hob and kitchen sink and draining board.  There is ample cupboard space and a space for you to put in your own fridge/freezer as well as plug points for a microwave and appliances.
Fixed banquet style dining seating with a free standing table and 2 additional stools allows for cosy dining and family table games. The L Shaped sofa seating allows enough space to easily seat 6 persons. Finally a gas fire within a wood effect chimney breast and corner TV unit brings the comforts of home to into the living area.

The family shower room has a good sized shower tray with sliding doors and a thermostatic controlled shower system. The basin sits upon  a modern and attractive worktop and pedestal with towel rail below and mirror above.  A modern flush WC completes the shower room.

In the master bedroom there is a double bed with headboard and bedside units with a vanity shelf sitting below a wall mirror. A double wardrobe is also incorporated into the room.

The twin room has two single beds with a wooden headboard feature which are separated with a bedside unit: a single wardrobe and a good sized curtained window.
